Commercial Roofing in St. Louis, MO
TPO flat roofing and full commercial replacement for businesses, property managers, and institutions across the St. Louis metro.
Commercial Roofing Built to Handle St. Louis Weather
We’ve completed commercial roofing projects across the St. Louis metro, including school district buildings and institutional facilities. TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane roofing is the current standard for flat and low-slope commercial roofs — it’s energy efficient, handles St. Louis heat and cold better than older BUR or EPDM systems, and requires far less maintenance over its service life. We use commercial-grade TPO systems with full weld seams and proper drain placement for the Missouri climate.
Commercial roofing requires a different level of planning and coordination than residential. Businesses can’t just shut down for a week. Property managers need a project schedule they can hand to tenants. School facilities have to work around the academic calendar. We plan your commercial project around your operating schedule, stage material deliveries to minimize disruption, and keep you informed throughout the job — not just at the beginning and end.

The Commercial Roofing Process
Commercial Assessment
We inspect your full roof surface, drainage system, existing membrane or built-up layers, and deck condition. You get a clear assessment of what’s failing, what’s salvageable, and what the replacement scope looks like — before any commitments are made.
Proposal & Planning
We deliver a written proposal with a detailed project timeline that accounts for your operating schedule. If you have specific blackout dates, tenant notifications to send, or facility management requirements to meet, we build those into the plan from the start.
Material & Crew Coordination
We order commercial-grade TPO materials, stage deliveries to minimize site disruption, and assign our licensed commercial crew. Our project lead stays on-site and in contact with your facility contact throughout the installation.
Installation & Final Walkthrough
After installation, we conduct a post-project inspection, review the completed work with you or your facility manager, and provide all warranty documentation. We don’t consider the job closed until you’ve signed off on it.
